A Free AI Visibility Audit You Can Run for Every Client

Last reviewed: Oct 2026 · ClickThisLink Team

Paste a client’s or prospect’s web address and in about 10 seconds you get a 0–100 score, every issue we found, and three free copy-paste fixes. No account, no subscription. Your clients are asking why ChatGPT recommends their competitor. Now you can show them why.

How Can I Use It to Win the Job?

Run the free check on a prospect’s site before the call. You’ll walk in knowing whether ChatGPT’s crawlers are blocked, whether the homepage has enough real text for AI to read, and whether it has business schema. That’s a concrete opener, not a pitch.

Every check comes with a Share Your Score link: a signed link with a preview card that shows only the domain and its scores. Send it with one line of context, for example: “Your site scores 41. ChatGPT’s search crawler is blocked in your robots.txt.” Results are private by default and never published, so nothing about the prospect’s site goes public unless you share the link.

Can I Use the Report as a Client Deliverable?

Yes. The $12.99 full report is a PDF with every fix, ready-made JSON-LD schema, llms.txt and robots.txt built from the client’s own site, a crawl of up to 10 pages, and plain-English paste steps for Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy and WordPress. Hand it to a non-technical client and they can follow it, or work through it yourself as a fix list.

One honest note: the report is ClickThisLink-branded. It isn’t white-label, and you can’t put your own logo on it. Plenty of designers send it as-is, as an outside second opinion, or copy the fixes into their own proposal. At $12.99 it’s cheaper than an hour of your time.

What Should an AI Visibility Checklist for Client Sites Cover?

Use this as a quick AI SEO audit checklist for every client site. It mirrors what our check tests:

  1. Crawler access. robots.txt allows OAI-SearchBot (ChatGPT search) and ChatGPT-User, plus the other AI crawlers the client wants. Blocking GPTBot is a training choice, separate from search. Firewalls and bot protection can also block crawlers, and no outside checker can see those rules, so ask the host.
  2. Real text. The homepage says what the business does, where, for whom, and how to reach it, in plain HTML text. Most AI crawlers don’t run JavaScript, so text that only appears after scripts load may be invisible to them. Aim for 300+ readable words.
  3. Business schema. Organization or LocalBusiness JSON-LD, or a specific type like Restaurant, Dentist, Plumber or LegalService, with name, address, phone and website.
  4. Titles and descriptions. A unique title of 10–65 characters and a 50–160 character meta description.
  5. Sitemap. /sitemap.xml published and listed in robots.txt.
  6. Answers AI can quote. A few question-style headings with short, direct answers, and FAQ markup.

Off-site signals, like reviews and directory listings, matter too, but no site check can measure them. Our guide to getting recommended by ChatGPT covers that part. If a client is on Squarespace, see our Squarespace and ChatGPT guide first, because robots.txt works differently there.

How Do I Check Many Client Sites at Once?

Use the free JSON API: one GET request per site returns the score, every issue and the free fixes. No key or sign-up. If you work inside an AI assistant or editor, add our MCP plug-in as a remote MCP server. It has one tool, check_website, so you can ask your assistant to check a list of client sites. Both run the same check as the site, with the same fair-use rate limits, and nothing is stored.

How Much Does It Cost?

The check is free for any public site. The full report is $12.99 per site, paid once. No seats, no monthly fee, no account. There are no client counts or testimonials on this page because we don’t make them up. Try it on your own site first, then on your next prospect. For the owner-facing version of this page, see the free AI visibility audit, or read our GEO audit and AEO checker pages.

Is the report white-label?

Do I need an account or subscription?
