Free checks score the raw HTML. If a site refuses a normal fetch, the check may load the page once in a headless browser just to read it (no screenshots, nothing stored beyond the short cache). The GEO item js_gap flags pages whose content only appears after JavaScript runs (most AI crawlers do not execute JavaScript). Every item has a plain-English "why" field. "page" (and "rendered.page") hold extracted title, description, h1, h2, paragraphs, internal links and schema types. "fixes": copy-paste code snippets tailored to the site, highest impact first: {id, category, label, status, impact, why, where, lang, code, tier}. "issues": every non-passing check, biggest first: {id, category, label, status, why, detail, points (estimated overall score points it costs), fix: "free"|"full_report", fix_id}. In "fixes", the top 3 are tier "free" with code; the rest are tier "full_report" (locked, code null; unlocked in the $12.99 full report, sold via Stripe checkout at /#pricing). ## Privacy Checks are private by default: no accounts, no cookies, results are never published, and checked URLs and scores are not stored for public use. Short-lived caches only (results ~30 min) plus anonymous daily totals. No IP addresses are stored. Details: https://clickthislink.xyz/privacy ## Share Your Score (live) After a free check, /api/check returns a "share" object with a signed link (https://clickthislink.xyz/s/{domain}/{score}-{seo}-{aeo}-{geo}-{sig}). The link shows only the domain and its scores, with a preview image ({link}.png) for iMessage and social apps. The scores are written into the signed link; nothing is stored. No share link is made for opted-out domains. ## Badges (paid opt-in only) Embeddable score badges are off for everyone by default. /badge.svg, /share.svg, /share.png (and legacy /badge/{domain}.svg, /share/{domain}.svg) return a neutral "AI Visible | check yours" image, unless a full-report buyer turned on "Make my badge public" for their domain (homepage score only; they can turn it off any time). ## Payments Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects card details and email; ClickThisLink never sees card numbers. The email is used once to send the receipt/report link via Resend and is not stored. We keep a minimal purchase record (Stripe session ids, plan, status, the one domain purchased for) and the cached full report for 30 days. ## Privacy controls for site owners POST https://clickthislink.xyz/api/optout/token {"domain"} returns a token.
